Custom meal plans are tailored to meet the nutrition goals set in the evaluation while also taking into account your time and inclination to cook and your food preferences.
Recipes are provided in a binder with meal planning and shopping list tools to simplify implementation. Plans can be structured for Food Allergen Elimination-Provocation Diets to confirm or determine food sensitivities, or for specific protocols to manage auto-immune, gut permeability or thyroid dysfunction.

The rate for the meal plan is determined by its length and specificity. The amount will be quoted after your evaluation.

Functional Nutrition lab testing is the gold standard method for determining the best nutrition strategy to support you.
Depending on your case, I may suggest blood, urine or stool testing to assess your current physiological state.

Gut Permeability & Immune Reactivity Testing
Cyrex Labs is used for blood and saliva testing to assess intestinal permeability status and its effect on the nervous system. Additional testing available for measuring cross reactivity/sensitivity to gluten/wheat proteins, most grains, dairy casein, corn, potato and coffee. Auto-immune tissue reactivity available to test degree of a diagnosed auto immune condition and later used to determine if the lifestyle protocol we have implemented is having an effect at the cellular level.
