After your initial evaluation you will leave with action steps to make change on your own. Some patients require more support, accountability and tools. Continuing to work with Nicole is typically offered in a 90 Day Concierge Retainer format.
Nicole limits her practice to the number of patients that she is able to offer warm, personalized care and attention. During your retainer, you will have unlimited email access to her for short questions and concerns answered within 24 hours on business days, as well as office visits.
The 90 Day Concierge Retainer
* 2.5- 5 hours of office visit time over a 90 day period
Offered in 15 minute increments combined into any length of session and offered in person or by phone or video conference if you choose.
